Eylla Laire M. Gutierrez is the Database and Research Associate of the Asian Institute of Management's (AIM) Dr. Andrew L. Tan Center for Tourism. She is tasked to manage the 'Asia Barometer' survey platform, and assist in the research ventures of the center.

She recently served as an Intern for National Green Growth Policy and Green Local and Regional Economic Development under Project for Green Economic Development at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). She was tasked to manage and monitor databases, market social media account and website, and coordinate during events, trainings, and programs of the project.She also served as an Intern at Fleishman-Hillard (FH) Manila. She received basic training in public relations, working on media monitoring, press release drafting, and media event execution. Lastly, she was also an Intern at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Philippines. She was tasked to conduct research in the fields of policy development and political affairs, and to assist in project implementation and program management.

Prior to her internship experiences, she was active in attending and organizing events inside and outside her university. She represented her university and the Philippines in several international conferences and forums such as in the ASEAN-Japan Youth Forum 2015 in Indonesia, HPAIR Asia Conference 2013 in Dubai, and Philippine Model Congress (PMC) 2013. She was also part of the organizing teams of the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relation (HPAIR) Asia Conference 2015 and the ASEAN Youth Summit 2015. For both international youth events, she was responsible for the over-all communications and delegate relations tasks.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies major in European Studies from De La Salle University, and awarded with academic recognitions: Magna cum Laude, Jose Rizal Honor Society Award, and Outstanding Thesis Award.
